Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading Your Plan

This article explains how to upgrade your PulseAPI plan to unlock more monitors, faster check intervals, additional team members, and advanced features.

How to Upgrade

Option A: From the Pricing Page

  1. Go to pulseapi.io/pricing.
  2. Find the plan you want to upgrade to.
  3. Click Get Started or Upgrade.
  4. Follow the checkout flow.

Option B: From the App

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. Click Upgrade Plan.
  4. Select your new plan and follow the checkout flow.

You can also reach the upgrade flow by clicking any Upgrade CTA that appears when you hit a plan limit (e.g., when trying to create a monitor beyond your current limit).

What Happens After Upgrading

  • Your new plan limits take effect immediately after payment confirmation
  • You can create monitors, invite members, and access features up to the new limits right away
  • Check history retention extends from this point forward — past checks beyond your previous plan's retention period may already have been deleted
  • Your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade
