Answers to common questions about PulseAPI billing and plans.
Can I try PulseAPI for free?
Yes. The Free plan is available with no credit card required. It includes up to 10 monitors, email notifications, and 7-day check history. See Plans and Pricing Explained.
How do I see current pricing?
Visit pulseapi.io/pricing for the current price for each plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
PulseAPI accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional payment methods may be available — check the billing page or contact support.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Plans are billed monthly. Annual billing may be available for discounted rates — check the pricing page or contact support.
What happens when I hit my monitor limit?
You can't create new monitors beyond your plan's limit. Existing monitors keep working normally. You can free up capacity by deleting unused monitors or upgrading your plan. See Monitor Limits by Plan.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you retain access to your current plan's features. See Canceling Your Subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you have a question about a specific charge, contact support.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Contact support to ask about any available programs.
Where can I find my invoices?
In the app, go to Settings → Billing to view and download past invoices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account downgrades to Free. Monitors are preserved but some may be paused if you exceed Free plan limits. Check history older than 7 days is deleted. See Canceling Your Subscription.
