When Limits Reset
- Daily limit resets at midnight UTC every day
- Monthly limit resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC
What Happens When You Reach a Limit
Daily limit reached: The Analyze button on incident detail pages is disabled with a message indicating the daily quota is exhausted. Automatic analysis (triggered 30 seconds after incident creation) is also paused. Limit resets at midnight UTC.
Monthly limit reached: Same behavior as daily limit. Limit resets on the 1st of the next month.
Viewing Your Remaining Quota
Your remaining daily and monthly quotas are displayed on the incident detail page next to the Pulse AI section. This gives you visibility into how much quota you have left before requesting an analysis.
Auto-Analysis vs. Manual Analysis
Auto-analysis — Triggered automatically 30 seconds after an incident is created. Uses one unit from your quota.
Manual analysis — Triggered when you click Analyze on the incident detail page. Uses one unit from your quota.
If auto-analysis was skipped (e.g., quota was exhausted when the incident was created), you can trigger it manually when quota is available.
