If you belong to more than one PulseAPI team, you can switch between them at any time. This article explains how.
How to Switch Teams
- Look at the Team Switcher in the top-left corner of the sidebar. It shows the name of your currently active team.
- Click the Team Switcher to open a dropdown listing all teams you belong to.
- Click the team you want to switch to.
The dashboard updates immediately to show the monitors, incidents, alert rules, and settings for the selected team.
What Changes When You Switch
When you switch teams, everything in PulseAPI's dashboard context changes:
- Dashboard — shows stats and activity for the new team
- Monitors — shows monitors belonging to the new team
- Incidents — shows incidents for the new team
- Alert Rules — shows rules for the new team
- Notification Channels — shows channels for the new team
- Organization — shows members and projects of the new team
Your personal settings (profile, password, API keys) are not team-specific and remain the same.
Default Team
When you log in, PulseAPI loads the last team you were using. If you want to work on a different team, switch using the Team Switcher.
