This article explains how to create a new project to organize your monitors.
Prerequisites: You must be a team Owner, Admin, or Member to create projects.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Organization (or Projects if it appears directly).
- Click New Project (or navigate to the Projects section and click Create Project).
- Enter a Project Name — this appears in the monitor list and filter dropdowns.
- Optionally, add a Description to clarify the project's purpose.
- Click Create Project.
The new project is available immediately when creating or editing monitors.
Plan Limits
Projects are included on all plans. The number of projects you can create is not explicitly limited, but monitor limits per plan apply across all projects combined.
Assigning Monitors to a Project
When you create a monitor, select the project in the Project dropdown. You can change a monitor's project at any time by editing the monitor.
